  • Shipping

    We ship via USPS and UPS; the carrier used may vary depending on location and package size.

    Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days, though shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

    Locklyn Lux is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen issues. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Please monitor it for updates.

  • Insurance

    Insurance is not automatically included with your purchase. If you would like to insure your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit, you must request this before placing your order by emailing info@locklynlux.com.

    Insurance is offered at the customer’s expense and must be arranged prior to checkout.

    If insurance is not added, the customer accepts full responsibility for the package once it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

    Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Locklyn Lux is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items and is unable to offer refunds or replacements.

  • Order Processing

    In-stock orders typically process within 2–5 business days, beginning the day after your order is placed.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

    Please get in touch with us if your package seems to be taking a scenic route.

  • FRAUD & THEFT

    Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise are federal crimes. Locklyn Lux takes these matters seriously and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

    In the event an order is canceled prior to shipment due to customer request, payment issues, or suspected fraud, refunds will be issued minus any applicable payment processing fees, which are non-refundable to the merchant.
